Spaniard who studied Computer Science at the University of Salamanca and now lives in the UK... but way before that?
Got my hands on a PC at age 6. Classic big brother moment — “Look at this cool game, Sonic Ring!!”
A couple of years later, I was already messing with my dad’s laptop… and let’s just say firewalls didn’t stop kids on a mission to break stuff.
Discovered WoW at 12. Built addons before I even knew what code was.
At 14, still sharing a room with my brother, I got my own PC — finally independent (sort of). By then, I was also the official household IT guy.
I maintained servers for friends, messed with networks, forwarded ports, and yes — blocked my sister’s device IPs just for fun.
My PC? A true Frankenstein. Upgraded it piece by piece, fixed it every time it refused to boot for some random reason only past-me could’ve caused.
Taught myself digital design. Sold t-shirts online to fund my upgrades. All for that sweet, sweet NVIDIA GTX 660.
And of course... reinstalled Windows and removed all kinds of viruses from every single friend and relative’s computer. Every. Single. One.
Looking back, it’s clear I’d found my thing early — Computer Science just made it official.
